This is a blog about Cannabis. It features a grow journal where I write my everyday experiences while cultivating medical cannabis. It includes a section where I post pictures of the countless strain’s purchased in california and I also try to accurately detail the characteristics of each strain. I am a patient of Medical Cannabis and have access to Medical Dispensaries as well as patient collectives up and down the state of california. I am a graduate of Oaksterdam University which is located in a section of oakland dubbed oaksterdam for the abundance of coffeeshops and smoke shops, similiar too that of Amsterdam. OU is the first university of its kind in America, the first cannabis college. You learn everything that has to do with the Medical Cannabis Movement, for example you take a course titled Legal Issues and Politics. In this course you learn the history of Cannabis regarding the politics and laws that were put in place since the late 20′s. You also learn the present issue’s in politics surrounding Medical Cannabis. Another Class is Cooking and Concentrates were you learn the endless possibilities you can do when cooking with cannabis, you also learn how to break the trichomes (THC crystals, Kief) down into a cannabis concentrate (e.g. cannabis tincture, Hash Oil etc).

I am trying to reach those minds that are a little fogged when it comes to Cannabis, aswell as those who know there facts. Our government has successfully distorted the image of cannabis and the minds of generations; but times are changing, and minds are evolving. The next chapter in Americas unique story will invlove the legalization of Cannabis, it will be this chapter were Cannabis is placed back into the U.S pharmacopeia and distributed legally to those who seek a safer medicinal/recreational drug. It will be this chapter were once again this beautiful and abundant flower will be a major cash crop on a global seen. It can be a vital boost to the economies in various countries including our own.
